​Payment

All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking through the booking link provided. There are options to choose a termly booking or a drop-in session, although termly will grant you a FREE session in September 2024 and guarantee your child's place for the term.

Refunds

We are unable to process refunds if you are no longer able to attend a session. With enough notice we are able to advertise the space on our platforms to re-sell the space, although we cannot guarantee this. Alternatively you can give the space to a friend or someone on our waiting list.

Cancellation due to staff illness

If staff of Wild Abundance are unable to run the session due to illness, then we will try our upmost to replace them with our bank of staff to ensure the session of fun forest school activities can still take place! If we are not able to find a replacement then the session will be postponed with an alternative date given. If an alternative date is not suitable then a refund will be given.

Cancellation due to extreme weather

Our Forest School happens in all weathers and seasons, but we do need to be cautious with safety in extreme weather. If the Forest School Leader determines that the wind is too strong or there are extreme thunderstorms where we feel there will be an unacceptable risk to the children and staff, then the session will be cancelled. We will offer an alternative date for the session or it can be used towards a future booking.

Disclaimer

Forest School activities take place outdoors, in all weathers and can physically be demanding, especially over uneven ground with trip hazards. All activities carry a risk of injury. All activities must be carried out following the safety rules set out by the Forest School Leaders, who will follow risk benefit assessments and encourage all participants to carry out dynamic risk assessments. We accept no responsibility for injuries and accidents when safety instructions are not followed and reasonable judgement is not taken. All participants carry out these activities entirely at their own risk and choice. The Forest School Leaders accept no liability for injuries caused by disregarding these rules.
